Compensation may be up to the total cost of your reservation as stated in the email confirmation (or for one event or series of connected events).
Bordeaux Festival shall not be held accountable for:
- Any punitive, special, indirect, or consequential loss or damages, including but not limited to loss of production, profit, revenue, contract, or goodwill.
- Inaccuracies in descriptive information (including rates, availability, and ratings) of accommodations provided on our website.
- Services rendered or products offered by accommodation providers or other business partners.
- Damages, losses, or costs incurred or paid by you due to the use, inability to use, or delay of our website.
- Personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages, losses, or costs suffered due to acts, errors, breaches, negligence, or misconduct by accommodations or other business partners.
Whether the Accommodation debits the room cost or Bordeaux Festival manages payment, the Traveler acknowledges that it’s the accommodation’s responsibility to handle taxes. Bordeaux Festival cannot be held responsible for tax collection, withholding, or submission.
By uploading photos/images onto our system, you certify that you own the copyright to them and grant Bordeaux Festival the right to use them. You agree that Bordeaux Festival may use the photos/images on its website, app, and in promotional materials. You accept legal responsibility for any claims arising from Bordeaux Festival’s use of these photos/images.
Bordeaux Festival is not responsible for content inserted, uploaded, posted, forwarded, or transmitted by Members, Accommodations, Travelers, or Authors on our platform.
The Blog allows users to leave personal comments related to articles. By posting a comment, you agree that your content may be published, read, translated, and copied, and you indemnify Bordeaux Festival from any related legal action. Bordeaux Festival assumes no responsibility for the content of user comments.
